Our innovation lab powers the exploration and development of tomorrow’s leading play and learning experiences.
We believe that people of all ages provide better insights when they are at PLAY. To that end, we have developed a set of research methods and interactive tools that are rooted in rigorous academic traditions while being engaging and playful.
In addition, we bring play-based research and innovation experiences to life at our state-of-the-art research and incubation space in lower Manhattan. Our PlayLab features the latest technology (including live streaming, eye tracking and biometrics capabilities) alongside chalkboard walls, a puppet theater, and plenty of toys and activities to get participants in a playful state of mind.

edge psychophysiology and biometric tools to uncover deep insights into consumers’
